What is the ColonoscopyAssist Program About?

  • The ColonoscopyAssist program promotes colon cancer screening among the uninsured community
  • The following tests are provided at heavily discounted rates:
    1. Colonoscopy
    2. Upper Endoscopy
    3. Cologuard
    4. FIT
  • Financial assistance is provided to patients unable to afford the tests.
  • The program focuses on removing financial barriers to CRC screening.

CareCredit is recommended for patients with an average or above average credit score. You are able to finance 100% of your procedure cost without paying anything upfront.
With CareCredit you can choose between the following plans
(Dollar amounts below assume a loan amount of $1075):

1) 6 month interest free ($0 down, $179/month)
2) 24 month interest bearing @ 14.9% APR ($0 down, $52/month)
3) 36 month interest bearing @ 14.9% APR ($0 down, $37/month)
4) 48 month interest bearing @ 14.9% APR ($0 down, $30/month)
