Upper Endoscopy or EGD procedures in Dallas, TX are $1175 when scheduled through the ColonoscopyAssist program by itself. If scheduled along with a colonoscopy, the cost of the procedure is $820.

The flat rate is a true all-inclusive rate. It includes all costs related to the procedure. There are no hidden charges or fine print and there is virtually no situation where you could see an additional charge. The price includes:

3) No consultation necessary : When scheduling with our program, you are asked to complete a medical history questionnaire. This questionnaire is reviewed by a physician prior to scheduling allowing most patients to skip an unnecessary pre-procedure consultation.
4) Follow Up Treatment : The physicians that participate in the program understand that our patients are self-pay and offer affordable follow up treatment for our patients.
5) Prep Medicines : Many physicians in the program are often able to provide samples when an expensive prep medicine is medically necessary.

Who is eligible to schedule through the program?

The program aims to make the procedure accessible and affordable to all and so does not have eligibility restrictions. The program does not have immigration, income and residency restrictions.
We do have income restrictions for persons receiving financial assistance through the program.

 

How do I schedule a colonoscopy appointment through the program?

You can schedule your colonoscopy online 24/7 in a matter of minutes using our Procedure Scheduling Portal.
You will be given the option to select the facility you prefer and can proceed to complete your scheduling forms online.
Once submitted, it takes ColonoscopyAssist 3 business days to confirm your appointment date for non-urgent requests.





How long does it take to get an appointment at the Dallas locations?

Appointments are dependent on availability at the facility selected. On average colonoscopy appointments are usually about 2 weeks out for non-urgent requests.

 

Is an office visit required before the colonoscopy?

No an office visit before a colonoscopy is not required by default however may be required if determined medically necessary. You will be asked to complete a medical history questionnaire that will be reviewed by a physician at the time of scheduling. Consultations if requested are approx. $125.
