Get Healthy Grant

The Get Healthy Grant is a financial assistance grant offered by the ColonoscopyAssist program. The grant aims to make colon cancer screenings accessible to low income individuals.

How do I apply for the Get Healthy Grant?
If you are in need of a colon cancer screening and would like to receive financial assistance from the Get Healthy Grant, you must submit an application using the below link. You will receive a determination once the application is reviewed.

What happens after I submit my application?
All applications are reviewed for completeness and eligibility within 1 week of submission. Applicants are notified of their approval or denial via email. Approval notifications will include the award amount and scheduling instructions.


What assistance does the Get Healthy Grant provide?
The Get Healthy Grant pays a cash stipend up to a maximum of 80% of the cost of a colon cancer screening. The stipend amount is determined based on patient income and the cost of the screening.


What is the eligibility criteria for receiving assistance through the Get Healthy Grant?
To receive financial assistance the following eligibility criteria applies :
1) Household income below our maximum income limits
2) Must be indicated for a colon cancer screening
3) Must be uninsured and no other third party payors
4) Must be a valid resident of the USA
5) Must not have had received the Get Healthy Grant in the past

The Get Healthy Grant does not disciminate based on ethnicity, race, or religion.


How quickly can I get the grant?
While applications are reviewed and approved within 1 week of submission, grants are issued based on funding availability. Individuals should not rely on the grant incase of an emergency and should seek treatment from the closest ER.
